Founded in 2020 by Carolyn, a committed healthcare provider serving the Yakima Valley since 1999. Carolyn’s extensive experience, including earning her Master’s in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2017 while working full-time in the emergency department, has shaped our mission. Throughout her career as a nurse and nurse practitioner, Carolyn recognized that many health conditions are rooted in lifestyle factors. Our holistic approach goes beyond traditional treatment, focusing on lifestyle changes, weight loss management, and hormone replacement therapy for men and women. We’re dedicated to helping you feel your best by addressing your health from all angles and supporting you in reclaiming your well-being.
